As a Project Manager, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing our business applications and IT functions. Reporting directly to the Director of IT, this unique role blends the responsibilities of project management with the technical acumen of a business or systems analyst. You will become the subject matter expert for our diverse range of applications, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, transportation routing software, electronic health records, home care agency management systems, and accounting software.  You will be hands on with these applications, providing support and expertise, meeting with vendors, and implementing changes to how our staff interact with technology in the field.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

• Lead and manage various projects, ensuring timely delivery and project health.
• Interface with various departments to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Provide training on business applications and support day-to-day user activities.
• Develop and present reports related to system usage and project status.
• Continuously improve and streamline business application processes.

As a Project Manager, your qualifications will include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Technology preferred, or related work experience.
• Experience in project management and system application support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
