Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant

Up to $19/hour

** WEEKLY PAY **

Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant you are at the heart of what makes Active Home Care great. You will ease the minds of our clients' family by knowing their loved one is receiving the best of care. You will assist clients with activities, personal care, meals, and on- and off-site social activities.  As a Home Health Aide and C.N.A. you are crucial to our success!

HHA / CNA responsibilities include:

• Helping your client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming
• Monitoring and documenting your client's condition, ensuring your client’s safety at all times.
• Preparing and serving meals, snacks and assisting with feeding as needed. 
• Running errands / Shopping for food, personal items, etc.

HHA / CNA qualifications include: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check (Cori)
• Current Home Health Aid and/or CNA certification.
• This is a very physical job - we are ACTIVE Day after all!  You may need to:
• Push, pull, lift, transfer, pivot at least 50 pounds. 
• Must pass any other state specific requirements
• Proof of vehicle registration and insurance are required.
