Active Day is the leading provider of adult day health services, with a growing footprint and an expansive member population that stretches across the United States and we have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Trevose, PA. 

 

 

Job Summary 

The People & Culture Business Partner is the partner leader to Regional Operations Directors in the field. You will provide comprehensive HR support with a heavy emphasis on employee relations, employment law/compliance and learning and development.  In addition, you will provide support in all other HR disciplines including talent management and acquisition,policy development, process improvement, compensation, worker's compensation, ADA, FMLA, etc.  You are the strategic business partner in implementing, administering, and designing best practices and programs to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly address and handle all employee relations issues, investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, leadership develoment and education as well as support in all other HR disciplines. 
  • Provide tactical guidance and input regarding HR strategies.
  • Build stong, trusting and consultative relationships.
  • Assist and monitoring retention efforts including analyzing metrics and developing strategic plans to increase retention.
  • Lead and support strategy training in areas of fundamental leadership:  Identify developmental opportunities to elevate current leadership strengths. 
  • Support leadership selection in talent acquisition and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting field operations in a quick pace, ever-evolving environment
  • Thrives in an environment where you juggle multiple priorities.
  • Minimum 2 years experience handling entry-level to complex employee relations issues, acting as trusted advisor and problem solver.
  • Talent leadership experience – succession planning, performance management, recognition programs and strategic development
  • Coach – consultant and collaborative leadership support to our operational functions including front line teammates
  • Multi-site or multi-state experience with remote working relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 preferred
  • Spanish speaking a plus
