At Active Day, we attribute much of our success to our vital mission and brand.  We provide the highest quality personalized care to seniors and adults with special needs through fun and engaging communities built upon compassion and trust.  As Marekting Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the success of our Centers.  Within your territory of responsibility, you partner closely with Center Directors and your Area Director.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional and community relationships for the purpose of building center census so that even more people can reap the benefits of our incredible services.  You will also be responsible for improving customer satisfaction; determining customer needs; and anticipating and reacting to competitive threats.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifies and cultivates high potential, long-term prospects and clients.
  • Builds awareness of Active Day’s Adult Day Health Services, through education in the community.
  • Participates in local health fairs, and other educational opportunities.
  • Manages all aspects of referral development including planning, updating the database, follow-up, and maintaining a member contact binder.
  • Responsible for meeting targeted goals and objectives for territory.
  • Oversite of market’s social media platforms and campaigns.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred. A degree in human services or a related field from an accredited college or university also very helpful.
  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant and recent experience working with adults in a professional capacity.
  • At least two (2) years marketing experience in a health care facility, preferably working with seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities or a long-term care environment.
  • Valid Driver’s license and Proof of valid/active Insurance and Registration
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within your assigned market.
  • Because you will be setting up vendor fairs, you must be able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift up to 50 pounds; able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Successful results of background check, and where applicable, additional state-specific regulatory requirements.
