This is a really exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to leave their imprint on a rapidly growing healthcare organization.  This position will be instrumental in building a cross-functional framework to support enterprise-level project execution, governance, and visibility across the organization.  As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of key strategic projects and initiatives, working closely with senior management to streamline processes, standardize reporting, and manage project intake and approval workflows. You will also challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiencies to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

• Establishing and evolving the Enterprise PMO to support organizational strategy.
• Managing and tracking multiple projects across departments with a focus on timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Partnering with senior leadership to align project goals with strategic objectives.
• Creating and maintaining executive dashboards and project reporting templates to standardize updates and facilitate decision-making.
• Evaluating and improving existing business processes, driving process optimization across departments.
• Fostering collaboration across functional teams to minimize overlap and maximize efficiency.
• Contributing to the development of project governance frameworks and best practices.

As a Project Manager, your qualifications will include:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or related work experience.
• Proven experience in project or program management, ideally in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interface with senior leaders and translate complex project details into clear executive-level insights.
• Experience in process improvement and business operations analysis.
• Experience with enterprise application deployments is a plus.
