Are you a compassionate, licensed RN who wants to pick up extra hours without committing to a full workweek? This is the PERFECT opportunity for you! We’re hiring an RN/Nurse Manager to join our vibrant, mission-driven team — and yes, even with these hours, you’ll still qualify for DAILY PAY!

As our Saturday and Fill-In RN/Nurse Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care with heart. You’ll:

• Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medication per individualized care plans and physician orders.

• Oversee daily nursing and day care operations alongside the Center Director.

• Monitor vitals and medication responses, escalating abnormalities as needed.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams: Dietary, Therapy, Dental, Pharmacy & more.

• Assist members with meals, hygiene, mobility, social activities, and arrival/departure routines.

• Foster a safe, engaging, and joyful environment for our members.

Besides Having Fun and Loving our Members, Qualifications include: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Active RN license, CPR certification, and valid malpractice insurance.

• At least 1 year of full-time equivalent experience in a licensed healthcare setting.

• Prior experience with seniors or adults with disabilities is highly preferred.

• This is a physical job, after all we are ACTIVE Day! As a result you will need to be able to:
• Push, pull, squat, turn, pivot, transfer and  lift at least 50 pounds. 
• Sit, Stand and/or Walk for extended period of time while providing physical assistance to members
