Active Home Care has  opportunities for experienced Homemakers & Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) to join our team.

Monday ,Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday

1pm to 9 pm 

Walterboro, SC 

Second Opening is located in North Charleston, SC

Hours 2pm to 6 pm.

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals according to dietary instructions.
• Run errands for the client, including shopping for food and household supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for client by performing household services such as: vacuuming, dusting, wet mopping, laundry, changing/making beds, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• Engage in stimulating conversation and activities.
• Communicate and report any changes or concerns regarding clients in a timely manner.
• Cooperates with all other caregivers to deliver outstanding care to clients.
• Flexible work hours and flexible work locations.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to assist clients physically when needed
• Must have TB test result up to date (within1 year) or Chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• Must have valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
